Ryan turns 3!

Where did the time go?! Ryan turned 3 yesterday and we had so much fun! Several of his close friends have had their birthday's the past few months so he had certain expectations of what Birthday's included, specifically his favorite chocolate cake, cupcakes, and presents. He didn't really care what the presents where. He just wanted to open them. We started celebrating last weekend with my family. He loved his homemade chocolate/chocolate cupcakes and homemade pizza!

When he woke up on his birthday he asked,"Is it my birthday now?" When he came downstairs to find decorations, presents and his favorite breakfast he cheered, and did a little happy dance. We were cracking up!

He's all ready for his big day/weekend!
We went to music class then met up with a bunch of his buddies to celebrate at the park. We had lunch and cupcakes, presents, and lots of playing! He had a great day! We're going to do his favorite dinner and chocolate cake tomorrow and then our celebrating will be over, but it was fun! He is an adorable little guy that we love having in our family! I can't imagine my life without him. He melts my heart everyday when he gives me kisses and tells me he loves me. He can be sweet and sensitive, but also tough and rambunctious. He loves to play ball- all day. He loves his sister and loves his family. And we love him!

Wild Animal Park

Since our holiday's weren't quite as fun due to illness, we decided to have a super fun President's weekend! Jason and I escaped for 48 hours to the Rancho Bernardo Inn for some much needed R&R. We had a great time visiting family and decided to spend a day taking the kids to the Wild Animal Park! Ryan hasn't been since he was tiny so it was so much fun!
We ended up getting season passes so I'm sure we'll be back much more this year!

Happy Valentines Day!

I love Valentines Day! I always do a big breakfast and little presents for the kids, have the house decorated, make Jayne a new outfit for school, and I do a fancy dinner for Jason with all his favorites. This year was no exception. It's been a fun day so far. The kids and I are off to make dinner and decorate our table and get Daddy's favorite cookies ready for him. But here's a few pictures from the fun this morning.
Ready for a day of parties!
Ready to be mommies helper!
