December....
December has come and gone with much fun had by all! I spent much less time online blogging, but spent it very busy trying really enjoy and make the most of every moment this month! Jason and I had almost all our Christmas shopping done and wrapped the first week and I slowly worked on my craft gifts over the month. The kids and I enjoyed lots of hot chocolate, warm fires, Christmas stories and movies, making gifts and delivering to people, and parties with friends. It's been a wonderful month! Here's a few pictures that captured some fun moments...
Kindergarten Fieldtrip to the Farm
Since I'll be having a new baby in a few month and won't be as available to chaperone, I couldn't miss my first opportunity to chaperone Jayne's first school field trip. We visited a local working farm. The kids loved it and I just loved getting to watch and be with Jayne.

Happy Halloween
So yes, Ryan was Buzz Lightyear and Jayne was a witch. Ryan is NOT into dressing in costumes so Buzz was the only thing he would even consider and even then he only wore this a few mandatory times so he could get candy. Jayne wanted to be a scary witch and had it all planned that she had to have a green face.
had a wonderful Halloween weekend! So much so, that's it's taken me a full week to recuperate and get my house re-cleaned, groceries bought and everything put away. But it was worth it! We started celebrating Saturday when our Ward had an awesome Chili cook-off, carnival games, and trunk or treat.

Baby Number 3!
I'm 20 weeks pregnant! Yeah, 1/2 way :-) and it's definitely a boy! We got a great shot of his boy parts and it's very obvious. Everything looked perfect (thank goodness). They also said that he is very active! He never stopped moving the entire ultrasound, so he made our tech earn her money. Needless to say, we weren't surprised! We've already got 2 of those, and I figured the next would be just the same. :-) So far so good....

31 and Happy
I turned the big 3-1 this past weekend, and I'm feeling surprisingly happy about it. I say surprisingly because I've wanted to be "older" my entire life, until I hit about 26. I think the 30's are going to be great! I'm really happy just being how old I am. I don't wish I was older or younger. It's kinda awesome.
Thanks to everyone for the Birthday wishes and my amazing family who went all out to make me feel loved. I feel like I've been celebrating for a week with Jason and my extended family. The kids sang to me at least 3 times on my day and I had a wonderful romantic dinner with Jason, dinner with both our families, and even a girls night out! It was a great birthday!

Major Revamp
So I finally got around to doing some major updating on my Baby Jayne's blog. Go check it out and see what you think. I'd like to start posting regularly there again and get some blog exposure. We'll see how the holiday's go and how I'm feeling. But I'm excited about the new look and hopefully more ease of use. Especially check out the Tutorial button on the top. I think all the picture links turned out cool. I'm just learning all this blog/editing/picture stuff so it's kinda fun :-) This blog will be next to get updated!Friday, October 22, 2010
Trip to Utah
It's been a long since Jason and I have been back to UT. Since we graduated college a little over 10 years ago and moved back to CA, we've only been back 1 time on a vacation and then for both of his grandparents funerals. So, when our best friends moved to UT this summer we thought it was a perfect opportunity to go back and visit and take the kids along! We had a WONDERFUL time! We stayed in Park City for 1 night and did our favorite Park City things, a beautiful drive down the canyon, and stayed a few days with our friends in UT County. A BYU football game, a run with Leanna through the canyon, a stop at the BYU Bookstore for the kids, temple square, Thanksgiving Point, and of course all of our favorite places to eat- it was a wonderful trip! And we loved getting to see our friends!
*We flew so the kids were PUMPED to fly on an airplane. They've both been on airplanes several times but of course they can't really remember, even though it wasn't that long ago.
