Travis got engaged!

My brother Travis just got engaged to Jaclyn! They are an adorable couple. She will be a wonderful aunt and sister-in-law! Welcome to the family, Jaclyn.

Jayne Dance Class- Parent Observation

Once a month we're able to sit in on the dance class and see what the girls are learning. Jayne absolutely LOVES dancing and is constantly telling me things she's learned in her dance class. She's taking the class with her friend Jocelyn, Leanna's little girl who's 6 months older. They'll be in the same grade/year in school. They have fun!

To Be or Not to Be- Phoenix?

So we finally took a trip to the Phoenix Metro area to see if it was really a place we could have on our list to possibly move. We stayed about 3 days and had a great time! We stayed with Mike and Jenni in Scottsdale and loved the area they lived in. We really like hills/mountains and they lived in a new part of Scottsdale at the foot of these beautiful mountains. It was a lot greener than I anticipated and while it was hot, it was definitely bearable. It was weather very similar to Vegas and St. George, which I already experienced and know I can handle. So we've decided to definitely keep Phoenix on our list. Here are a few pictures of the scenery around the valley. Thanks again, Mike & Jenni, for a great stay. We'll be back :-)

Day at the Beach

I love summer! It's so fun to get to be out in the sunshine everyday! We have literally been to the pool and/or the beach (yes, sometimes both) everyday except Sunday. We love it. Here's a few pictures from our latest beach outing.

Day at the Lake

Saturday, the kids and I had a day at the lake with my family. (Jason was in LA helping his parents with some of their projects and golfing with his Dad) It was very fun. The weather was perfect, the water a bit choppy, but we still all got out there. Tiffany and I skied and everyone else wakeboarded. It was very fun! Ryan was fantastic for his first official boat trip. He napped, ate, and was an angel. Jayne was wonderful as usual! Can't wait for our next boat trip soon!
