Welcome Baby Kaylynn!

Tiffany surprised my mom by driving down with her 2 week old baby for her bday. We were so excited to get to see her. We love you baby Kaylynn!

P-A-R-T-Y!

That's what we've been doing for a while now. I'm excited to enjoy this long weekend, and then finish up our last few weeks of preschool/routine before a total break for the summer! Here's a few pictures to recap Jayne's Birthday week! We finally got to go to Disneyland with Jason. I did the Disney Volunteer Day in his name and got him a free ticket. Our passes also ran out last week, so we all got to go together 1 time and boy, was it fun! With another adult, that meant we got to hit the rollercoasters! Jayne loved every minute and said it was the funnest day ever. I love it too!
Ryan's first time on the matterhorn, Jayne's too. But it was awesome our whole family got to go on together! And yes, Ryan still closes his eyes for pictures :-)
Opening presents on her actual bday.
Jayne's first American Girl Doll.

Happy Birthday Jayne! We love you!

Happy Birthday Jayne!

I can't believe my Jayne is 5 today!! She is an amazing little girl- so fun, loving, smart, kind, helpful, gentle natured, spirited, and beautiful. We love being her parents. She is the best big sister any one could ever ask for and a wonderful daughter. I really enjoy being around her. I'm going to miss her when she goes off to school and I won't have her around all the time.

We curled her hair a little, did her nails, got a little lipstick and blush, and a new skirt for Preschool today. She got to be the helper all day and bring donuts for all her friends. We're opening presents from us tonight along with her favorite dinner. I told her I'd make anything she wanted for dinner and guess what she picked? Chicken, rice, and brocolli. Hilarious. That was her favorite foods as a baby and I guess it stuck. I was happy to oblige. I thought I was going to be making mac and cheese or pizza. I'm happy I was wrong.

We're having a happy Birthday week! Lots to finish before her big friend party this weekend! :-) More pics to come.

Mother's Day Lunch

I had the honor of attending a Mother's Day Lunch at Jayne's preschool today. I loved it! They sang to us, gave us gifts, and served us a scrumptious lunch. I felt very lucky, as I do everyday to be Jayne and Ryan's mom.

Cheering Section

After seeing Jayne run past me with her pom pom's I decide to follow her outside to see what they were up to. Ryan practicing his hitting, and Jayne practicing her cheering. Classic. I'm not sure how they come up with this stuff, but I thought it was hilarious and just had to snap a few pics. Jayne makes up her own cheers cheering for Ryan. And Ryan acts cool and focused on his hitting. I can envision them as teenagers and it's a little frightening :-)

Disney Day

Our passes are almost expired and blocked out for summer anyway, so only a few chances left to get a little Disney in. Ryan was thrilled to see Handy Manny. We also saw Buzz, but was NOT going to wait in the huge line to actually touch him. We ended the hot day with running through the water sprinklers at CA Adventure. Great day.

Couples Retreat

We had an utterly fantastic time on our vacation. Of course. Here's a few pictures, which don't even do it justice. It's absolutely beautiful and we had the most amazing week! A wonderful 10 year anniversary and second honeymoon. I'm looking forward to our 20 year already :-)
Our resort in Tahiti. Only had 2 nights and 1 day there. We did an awesome jet ski ride out in the ocean, played with dolphins, saw the amazing perfect waves, and took a 4x4 ride out into the jungle of Tahiti.

Jet Skiing around the entire island of Bora Bora.
Our Romantic Dinner on the Deck of our Private Bungalow
Biking on the Main Island of Bora Bora (our resort was on the little strip of sand, they call a Motu, that is looking in facing the main island. had to take a boat to get to the main island, and rented bikes one day to hit the local market and call the kids)
Amazing Sunsets.

Amazing Resort

Priceless.

Good-Bye Bora, Bora. We'll Miss You!
