Monday

We had a wonderful Father's day weekend! I'll post a few pics when I get back. Today I'm headed to Vegas to visit my sister! So here's my crazy meal plan this week:

Monday- Vegas
Tuesday- Vegas
Wednesday- Stir Fry
Thursday- Grill Chicken, Roasted Potatoes, Carrots
Friday- Date Night
Saturday & Sunday- Vacation with Jason :-)

And since we're going to be out of town, I'm just grabbing the Friend and we'll read some stories from there tonight before bed.
